PBFD fire apparatus:
Over the years, the evolution of modern fire apparatus has improved greatly. The engine company it the workhorse of most fire departments and is responsible for response to most emergencies in our district. The truck company, aside from firefighting responsibilities, carries vehicle extrication tools and other specialized equipment to mitigate a variety of emergencies that occur it the poquonnock bridge fire district.
