On October 9, 2025 at the monthly meeting of the Poquonnock Bridge Fire District, Ordinance No. ORD-2025-01 (An Ordinance Implementing Fines for Nuisance Fire Alarms) was passed by a unanimous vote. The ordinance is subject to public review by state statute and will go into effect on November 9, 2025.
